For Australian business customers we have a unique system that will increase your margin by reducing COGS. It works by simply moving your current Australian supply to a Global one, leveraging off our supply network or simply supporting you with yours. The main issue for most businesses using overseas supply is either trust (you don't know the overseas supplier), lead time (it can take an extra 4 weeks for the goods to arrive) and cash (as generally you have to pay upfront).
We solve this by:
Raise a PO on Wilxpro in Australian dollars.
We organise the supply door to door by ensuring the supplier is to the required international standard.
On delivery we will invoice you
You pay on 30 days as you would for any local company.
Including all costs, for low volume items we generally save a minimum of 5% per order and for repeat customer orders it is regularly over 10% when compared to local supply.
We typically save thousands of dollars every month and have increased our margins year on year as we have increased the amount of product we supply through Wilxpro. The quality is excellent and customers don't notice any difference except in times of higher inflation that we have been able to keep our price rises lower than the competition which has only helped our business.

How do we do it at a lower cost?
Basically we are paying less for the same goods (in some cases buying it from the same place as your larger competitors) and supplying directly to you. Australia is an expensive place to do business and so if you are buying locally you are paying for local costs including overheads and the distributor margin. The Wilxpro team has worked globally with some very large companies so we have the contacts and know how to move items from A to B and how to remove steps in distribution.
Why invoice on delivery?
We have a specialist trade finance facility which we use your Purchase Order to fund the costs from the supplier. All you see is the saving in your COGS.
In some cases for first orders or in very specific supply items we may request a deposit, when we do this we will pass on higher savings to you.
What if you cancel?
As with any bespoke service we will charge a cancellation charge based on what we have spent to date. We try keep any charge fair and keep it to a minimum as we are looking for work with long term partners.
Can you save more?
Yes. We can enter into a longer term supply arrangement with minimum monthly spend and we can increase the savings. Typically this is 5%+ more saving.
